This spell may be linked; two spells with link may be prepped to the same breach.
While prepped, all other spells you cast deal 1 additional damage. Fulminate does not receive additional damage from itself upon casting, however it still gains additional damage from other prepped Fulminates. If multiple copies of Fulminate are prepped, each one gives +1 damage to other spells cast.
