When a friend's turn order card is drawn, if this card is at the top of this friend's deck, resolve the following effect immediately in order from top to bottom:

Any player gains a spell that costs 5 or less from the supply.
OR
Any player gains 1 charge.

Then, place it in this friend's discard pile and reveal the next card of their deck. When their deck is empty, shuffle the cards in their discard pile facedown, place it to the left of their mat, and then reveal the top card. Don't resolve that card until their next turn.
