When in Ulgimor Mode, resolve the following effects when Cast:
- Deal 3 damage to an enemy.
While in Ohat Mode, this spell does not deal damage; however, if this is cast with an additional damage modifier (such as +1 damage from a breach), you may target an enemy and deal that much damage.
