While prepped, during your main phase you may spend 2 
to cast any player's prepped spell. This may be done on the same turn Wildfire Whip was prepped, and may be used on one of your own spell.
When casting another player's spell, you act as the 'you' referred to on that spell, not the owner of the spell. The spell is discarded as normal to the owner's discard pile.
Wildfire Whip's 'While Prepped' effect may be used multiple time in a turn, if the player can afford 2 each time they cast a spell. Wildfire Whip's 'While Prepped' effect may be used to cast itself, even on the same turn it was prepped.
Resolve the following effects when Cast:
- Deal 4 damage to an enemy.
